By attending the event, organized by Puttogo Global Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk:

I understand that this event may involve participation in games, walking, running and that there will be food service. Any and all inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, allergic reactions and other potential hazards are not the responsibility of the organizers and the event venue owner and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance at the Event.

Release and Waiver of Liability:

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless The Puttogo Group and its employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, participants, as well as the owner of the venue where the event will take place from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of or in connection with my attendance at the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, death, damages, or losses sustained by me or my property that may occur at the event.

By participating in the ACTIVITIES, I hereby acknowledge that I find  and accept the said activities and premises same as being safe and reasonably suited for myself and my guests and that the use or participation by My People and me; (c) that MyPeople and I are in good health and in physical condition to participate in the ACTIVITIES.

I also hereby acknowledge that neither I nor My People will be under the influence of alcohol or any illicit or prescription drugs that would in any way impair my/our ability to safely participate in ACTIVITIES; (e) that we have not been advised against any activities by a health professional; and (f) that we are under no obligation to participate in any ACTIVITIES against our will; (g) that we will only participate in ACTIVITIES for which we have sufficient skill to avoid injury; (h) that it is my sole responsibility to determine whether we are sufficiently fit and healthy enough to participate in ACTIVITIES; (i) that we are familiar with and will abide by the rules established for the ACTIVITIES, which include without limitation the rules posted at the PREMISES or the related website; (j). We accept sole responsibility for our own conduct and actions, as well as the conduct and actions of each other while participating in the ACTIVITIES, and the condition and adequacy of the equipment.

On behalf of myself and My People, I (a) further acknowledge that we are voluntarily participating in the ACTIVITIES, which I agree are dangerous and entail both known and unknown inherent risks, including the risk of injury, permanent disability, or even death, deriving from, but not limited to, equipment malfunctions; building malfunctions; lack of supervision and/or trained monitors. (b) voluntarily assume all such risks; © The Puttogo Group and the homeowner may not be held liable for defective products or equipment. Despite all known and unknown risks including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis and loss of life that may be sustained while on the PREMISES, on behalf of myself and My People I hereby expressly, unconditionally and voluntarily remise, release, waive, relinquish, acquit, satisfy and forever discharge and agree and covenant not to sue The Puttogo Group, its employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, vendors, sponsors and volunteers nor the venue owner.

Consent to Medical Treatment:

In the event of an injury or illness during the Event, I hereby authorize the event organizers and their representatives to obtain medical treatment on my behalf if they deem it necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Use of Likeness:

By entering the PREMISES, on behalf of myself and My People I hereby grant to the Puttogo Group the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and/or record us on the PREMISES and to without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes and other commercial purposes, in any manner and all media now or hereafter known, in perpetuity throughout the world, without restriction as to alteration. I on behalf of myself and My People, waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the photograph and/or recording, and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted by this release are without compensation of any kind. I grant the Puttogo Group the right to use my name, likeness, voice, and photographs or video footage taken during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation or approval. 

Compliance with Rules:

I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Maia Samb during the Event. Failure to do so may result in my removal from the Event without refund.

Minors:

If I am attending the Event with a minor under my supervision, I acknowledge that I am legally responsible for the minor's actions and well-being during the Event, and I agree to all terms and conditions on their behalf. All children under the age of 13 must be under adult supervision at all times. 

Severability:

If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this liability waiver. I understand that this agreement is legally binding and affects my legal rights. If I do not agree to these terms, I will not attend the Event.
